Graphics Department
Our Graphics Department has grown with the company into a fully equipped, state of the art Studio in its own right, which can handle a variety of traditional and computer aided graphics and applied graphics work. We specialise in the digital reproduction of existing printed designs if you cannot provide electronic files.
- Computer Aided Pre-press Work for both Screenprint and Offset print, with optimization for production of customer supplied files, bromides or films (trapping, colour separations, Lytho or CMYK, stepping, resizing, new layout, redraw, touch-ups, screening; generate various layouts and file formats associated with die cutting, embossing, laser cutting, routing, engraving, vinyl cutting
- Alterations or Complete New Designs and Layouts for Corflute and Lexan Signage, Gold Plated Plaques, Trophies
- Award Plaques, Escutcheon Panels, Promotional Products, Medals & Medallions, Key Rings, Mimic Panels
- Switchboard Plates, Soft touch overlays for Circuit boards and Membrane switches, etc.
- Logo Design, Corporate Identity Design

- Imagesetting and High Resolution Film Output
- Vinyl Cut Lettering and Signage (banners, shop front, illuminated signage, cars, vans and buses)
- Digital prints on vinyl up to 880 mm wide
Artwork for quoting
If you are supplying a copy of your job for quoting purposes, we can accept files in most formats, including pdf, bitmaps, Microsoft Office (this does not include Publisher), dxf and dwg. Please note: These file types are not necessarily suitable for our purposes and will be used for quoting only.
